Jonathan Turner

Jonathan TurnerChief Executive

Jonathan has been with the company 18 years and has held a number of sales and marketing roles before becoming Managing Director in the year 2000 and subsequently Chief Executive in 2007. Since then he has been responsible for the strategic focus and has led the acquisitions and disposal projects.

Liz Slater

Liz SlaterManaging Director

Liz has been with Bayford for 18 years and has had a variety of sales and management roles. Liz has been responsible for the strong organic growth in the oil and fuel card businesses and has managed the integration of all the acquisitions in recent years. In 2007 Liz was appointed Managing Director.

Phil Hall

Phil HallFinancial Director & Company Secretary

Phil has been with the company since the start of 2005. He has spent most of his career in the oil sector having been Financial Director of British Fuels Ltd and latterly Managing Director of CPL Petroleum, then the largest independent oil distributor in the UK.

James Spencer

James SpencerOperations Director

James joined the company in 2003 from BP where he had held a variety of strategic and management roles. He has been in the oil business all his career having joined Mobil after graduating from Cambridge University.

Graham Hughes

Graham HughesCommercial Director

Graham joined Bayford in January 2008 from CPL Petroleum, where he had been their Assistant Managing Director. Graham has worked in a number of different industries during his career, including engineering and consulting, before spending the latter 20 years in the oil business.

John Turner

John TurnerChairman

John was the Financial Director of all Bayford companies for over 35 years until recently handing over to Phil. John is also the Managing Director of Bayford Developments and as such has responsibility to the Board for all Bayford property interests. John also manages the relationship will all the non-core Bayford investments.
